The fourth monitoring report "The state and development of legislation in the field of housing reconstruction" was prepared during in October 2023 as part of the project "Housing for Life: Integrated Solutions for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)".
This report complements and develops the analysis of the current state of legislation in the field of housing reconstruction, destroyed or damaged as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation, made in previous reports for July - September 2023. This report provides a list of the main regulatory and legal acts in the field of housing reconstruction, as well as a list of the main changes to such acts introduced or initiated during October 2023.
In particular, the report contains the following main sections:
- The status of the main legislative initiatives regarding the reconstruction of housing destroyed or damaged as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation.
- Overview of the changes introduced in October 2023 to the main regulatory and legal acts in the field of reconstruction of housing destroyed or damaged as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation.
- Review of legal acts in the field of reconstruction of housing destroyed or damaged as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation.
- Appendix. List of normative legal acts.
