Economic and technical opportunities for the implementation of the NZEB standard in Ukraine
The long-term goal of the project is to put pressure on the national government and advocate for energy efficiency in building standards through various regulatory and financial instruments.

The military aggression of the Russian Federation has caused significant damage to Ukraine's economy and energy system in particular. Ukraine is completely dependent on international assistance and is unable to meet all its needs without external sources. However, at the same time, the state budget envisages huge expenditures on subsidising cheap electricity for households (the NEURC estimates the "hole" from PSO for households at UAH 36.8 billion per quarter).
Housing for life: integrated solutions for internally displaced persons
The project is designed to provide a solution to the current problems of IDPs and other vulnerable categories of citizens in realizing their right to housing, in combination with the development of local models for authorities that would strengthen their ability to solve problems and further reconstruction of the housing stock as a long-term element of the country's reconstruction.
