Methodical recommendations in the field of municipal infrastructure restoration were developed by the Association of Cities of Ukraine within within the project "Promoting comprehensive development of communities through analytics, dialogue and international cooperation", financed by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ ) within the framework of Support for Decentralization Reform in Ukraine (U-LEAD with Europe. Phase II).
These recommendations are intended to assist local self-government bodies in solving the tasks of organizing urgent work to eliminate the dangerous consequences of armed aggression of the Russian Federation, surveying damaged objects, determining damage and losses, planning the restoration and development of territorial communities, and also offer possible mechanisms and sources of funding for the restoration and development of municipal infrastructure.
