Before a full-scale invasion
Before the full-scale invasion, the co-owners of the Association were gradually restoring the building. From 2016 to 2022, the following was carried out: a major roof repair (slate was replaced with corrugated board); installation of m/p windows and doors in MZK and several apartments; overhaul of entrance areas; replacement of the water supply system in the basement with plastic; overhaul of the heating system in the basement with the installation of an ITP; overhaul of the electrical network of the house; partial repair of the sewage system, restoration of the yard of the house.
After a full scale invasion
Most of the windows in the apartments are blocked by USB (they were broken by fragments of cassettes); temporary covering of damage on the roof (cassettes) began to leak; inter-panel seams are collapsing and falling; the facade part of the basement of the building is damaged by fragments of cassettes
