The analytical report "Recommendations for the promotion of energy-efficient measures and RES in the residential sector in wartime conditions for the Ukrainian authorities and international partners" contains practical recommendations for state authorities and local governments, as well as for end-users of energy, which could significantly increase the efficiency of the use of energy resources and to reduce the country's dependence on energy.
The key goal of the report is to gather in one place recommendations for state authorities and local governments, as well as for end consumers of energy, which could significantly increase the efficiency of the use of energy resources and reduce the country's dependence on energy dependence.
In this analytical material, the main attention is paid to the priority steps, which, as a rule, are of an organizational nature and do not require significant capital investments, and can also be implemented due to the redistribution of funds that currently go to subsidies and compensation for the difference in tariffs.
In particular, the report contains the following sections:
- Overview of the state of the energy sector in the context of increasing the efficiency of energy consumption by residential buildings.
- Overview of incentive programs for energy efficiency and renewable energy sources in the residential sector.
- Legal aspects of the implementation of RES in apartment buildings.
- Recommendations to participants on accelerating the pace and increasing the efficiency of energy use in the residential sector.
- The impact of energy efficiency improvement projects and the use of alternative energy sources on the energy markets of Ukraine.
- Materials with detailed instructions on implementing energy-efficient measures.
